Apon arrival to the 2nd monitor arriving I was very excited, having 2 of the same size monitors, and the same model monitors as my main 2 monitors on my multi-monitor setup. When I opened the box at first everything seemed normal, however when I fixed it on my monitor arm I realised my first issue. It doesn’t sit flush on my monitor arm. It sits lower to my other monitor, despite being placed on the EXACT same level and the mount being placed in the EXACT same spot on each monitor. I thought I could let it slide, and I’d be fine with it. But when I got all the leads put the box to power it up, I realised I couldn’t. Not only does it not sit flush on my monitor arm, they have sent me the wrong power lead, and as I don’t have a spare, I now cannot use the 2nd monitor, until I have to spend more money top buy a power lead as this company couldn’t even be bothered to check if everything had been placed inside the box.

So from what would’ve been a fantastic 5* review had everything worked as it should’ve, is now tainted and I am thus having to leave a 1*. Shocking guys, genuinely shocking. Fix up
