I was a happy owner of an older version of Remington D3190 and I was very happy to have it for past 6 years. Unfortunately recently it started failing, so I purchased Remington Hydralux.This model looks very nice, I like white sparkling colour of this dryer. You could tell that there was a big progress between two constructions of Remington dryers. The blow is very strong, as for me a bit to strong and the temperature very ok. Hair looked sleek and there was no fizzy hair on my head, however I felt the blow coming our of the handle and through the cable. I felt also electricity under my fingers, where the buttons are placed. I did not feel safe using this dryer, so I returned it with no problem.One star for the look, and one for the blow and overall performance. But as for me to risky to use, it could be just the model that I purchased or overall production failure. I don’t know, and did not want to find out by purchasing another one of this kind. I end up with Babyliss Spectrum, which I am happy with.
